Here is how an order of mooncat nail color or accessories moves through our store and the carrier network.
Before and after dispatch
We normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Once it has shipped, estimated transport takes another 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside these estimates, and arrival on a particular date cannot be promised.
Delivery choices
Available destinations, services and any shipping charge are presented at checkout. Please check the complete street address and contact details before placing an order. When the carrier provides tracking, we pass the information along.
If delivery goes wrong
For a delayed or missing parcel, shipping damage, or a delivered scan without a parcel, write to jelituhuviq181@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference; photographs are useful when a package arrives damaged. We will review the information and available carrier updates.
